So far ok itomg Robin.. in 1 piece nmn lahat ng pinadala ko sa pinas.. una nagpdala alo ng used washing machine, nagpalit ako aircon 2 unit atcompressor pa nga and lastly 4 n a auto sport rims .. lahat ng jn natanggap nmn nila door to door

Ang dami ng na wala mga pasalubong ,groceries,gamit pang exercise wow,kinda lahat nd ko alam kung sino kumuha,heart pain talaga kasi pinaghirapan ko un sila pa kumuha, makarma ang lahat ng kumuha mga gamit ko! Magingat kayo sa cargo na Ito paalala lang sa inyo! Kawawa tayo ng nawalan ?

ReplyDeleteI have experienced today..may tumawag sa akin from robin sabi ma'm,on the way na pick up ng box nyo bakit di kayo nasagot..sabi ko tulog ako..pag kakaMali ko Alam ko today pick up ng box ko but forget to ask the timing..okay never mind nag antay ako today after 40minutes tumawag ulit ako s robin,sabi ko on the way sabi nyo but untill now ala pa 40minutes na akung nag anatay,I asked her can u give me idea how long I got to wait..but hindi nya masabi ang point ko pano kung ilang oras ako mag antay is a waste of time db..Kasi nung sabi nila on the way 40 minutes n ala pa..hello naman malaysia to singapore is only 1 hour without traffic..but the worst when I asked the staff who am I talking to sabi nya chi or che pag kk intindi ko at ask ko wat is her family name sagot nya kailangan paba yun!so nag change ang tone ng boses ko nagalit ako the way she answered me very rude no manners hello ..sinigawan ko talaga sya s phone sabi ko ofcourse I need ur name and fam name..Kasi kung di ma pick up box ko Alam ko kung sino hahanapin ko at kausapin ko..may point is Kaya ask ko fam name pano kung may ka pangalan sya colleagues nya..atleast kung Alam ko fam name nya Madali hanapin.. karapatan nating customer mag tanung.at Mas nkk gigil pag babaan ka ng staff ng phone

Used this Robin cargo for the 1st time definitely will be the LAST! Horrible experience with this shipper. 1st binigyan ka ng delivery date which never happened and pinangako na the following week idedeliver na which also never happened. SG office gave me excuse na sira daw dalawa nilang truck so unable to deliver. As last resort i atrange for it to be picked up! Langya! When my family reached there nagtotongits lang mga tao dun and when we asked for our box binagsak nila sa harap ng family ko ung box! And funny thing sabi nila di naman sira yung truck! Napaka iresponsable nitonh shipper na to and mga kabayan if u value ung hard earned money nyo na ginastos nyo pampuno ng box find other shipper!
ReplyDeleteYES CORRECT ka po RAIN..VERY VERY RUDE the chubby girl there na matangkad, hoy miss PIGGY hindi po porket mga maid customer nyo kung magmataas ka ng kilay daig mo pa po yung mga local dito, alam po ba yan ng BOSS mo? na napakabastos mong makipag usap sa customer,and the way na magsalita ka daig pa ung batang kalye sa pinas na walang pinag-aralan, remember ung pong pinapasweldo sa inyo galing po sa mga customer nyong mga maid, yung iba napapahiya na sa pakikipag usap syo kaya di na nagpapabox uli dyan, and another thing konting RESPETO po, kung ano man po yung estado mo dito sa SG wag ka pong magyabang!!!, pakitandaan po lahat ng bagay may hangganan...Sana makarating yan sa may ari.

Tagal q ng ngpapapabox sknila so far pg tumatawag aq pra umorder Ng box mbabait at sweet ung mga nkkausap q but one time ngpunta aq sa office ngask aq ung mtangkad n medyo chubby un ata ung cnsabi nyo jn my pgkamataray nga...! I don't know lng if anjn pa xa now,. Ung mga pinapadala q ok nmn nkkarating nmn lhat un nga lng matagal abot Ng 1 month or mhigit kung di ka mguupdate sa office wala binabagalan nila pero tingin q nmn ung mga workers sa pinas Ang my mga problema jn sana un ung asikasuhin Ng myari.. if they are lazy to do there job fired them & hire new one dami nghhnp Ng job ngyon eh... di nlng aq ngrereklamo n umaabot Ng mahigit 1 month kc Samar aq dulo tlg... I like this cargo dahil sa sizes Ng box nila at dhil nkkrting nmn Ng buo..

ReplyDeleteThis is my 4rth large box send to iloilo... my 3 first large box from my first employer... it only reach for 20 days... im so happy and amaze cause no damage and so fast even do is raining period... but now this is my fourth large box haven't reach yet... i call the robin the lady answer me at my first call she say maybe my family can recieve 3 days before one month of my box that imbark to philippnes(september 17 2018) now i called again cause already 1 month 5days my family have not recieve any box.... do i called and the lady answer me she will call the manila .... and call me back if any info.... please robin cargo my kids are waiting of that box...
ReplyDeleteRobin cargo please please napa ka rude ng contact person nyo dito sa general santos city calumpang mag ri ring tapos e da dropped call ka nila and worst sasagutin nila call mo makikinig lang pero hindj mag sasalita at bababaan ka ng call..sept 28 2018 pinadala November 12 2018 na.. kaya natural lang lang na mag inquire na ako.

ReplyDeleteFor Robin Cargo Box- horrible experience! I regretted that I tried this service, I should just keep using Jollibox. First time experience , I am sure na nabagsak ang box..basag ang coffee n nsa bottle kahit nakabubble wrap pa, nagkalat tuloy sa loob ng box. For the 2nd box, hindi nagrereply nung ask ko if kelan delivery sa Pinas. Gosh nauna p akong umuwi sa Pinas kesa sa box ko..at dahil hindi nag rereply sa mga msgs..kinausap ko p friend ko sa SG n tawagan ang lucky plaza..haizz.d n ako uulit and I don't recommend Robin.
